By accessing our website or placing an order with Qualitex3D, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services following publication of changes constitutes acceptance.

Qualitex3D provides professional 3D printing and additive manufacturing services, including but not limited to Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) in PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and ASA, rapid prototyping, and post-processing such as hardware insertion. Services are performed using professional-grade equipment (Bambu Lab H2D series) calibrated to tight dimensional tolerances.

• We reserve the right to decline any order that we determine to be technically infeasible, legally problematic, or inconsistent with our capacity.
• Descriptions of materials, finishes, and lead times on the website are indicative and may vary.

• Instant Quote estimates generated by our online tool are indicative only and are not binding offers. Pricing is calculated from the geometry of your STL file using automated analysis and may not account for all production factors (infill, supports, wall thickness, colour availability, batch discounts).
• A confirmed order price will be provided in writing (email) after review of your design files by our team. No production work commences until this price is accepted and payment is received.
• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• A minimum order value of $10.00 USD applies per individual part.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a confirmed price contains an error, we will notify you before proceeding.

• You retain full ownership of all design files (STL, STEP, DXF, PDF, or other formats) you submit. By submitting files, you grant Qualitex3D a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights (copyright, patent, licence) to the designs you submit, and that printing those designs does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Qualitex3D will not reproduce, share, or sell your designs to any third party without your express written consent.
• We will not knowingly produce objects designed to cause harm or that infringe applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse such orders without explanation.
• Files submitted through our Instant Quote tool are analysed locally in your browserand are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly submit them as part of a formal order.

• Payment in full is required before production commences unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided in your order confirmation.
• Invoices unpaid within the agreed payment period may incur a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
• We do not store card details. Payment is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider.

• Standard lead times are 24–48 hours from confirmed payment for most FDM orders. Complex, large, or multi-part orders may require additional time; we will advise at order confirmation.
• All prints are inspected before dispatch to verify dimensional accuracy (±0.1 mm typical for FDM), surface quality, and structural integrity.
• Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, minor layer lines, slight colour variation between batches, and support removal marks are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects.
• Maximum single-nozzle build volume on our Bambu Lab H2D machines is 325 mm (W) × 320 mm (D) × 325 mm (H). Parts exceeding this volume cannot be printed as a single piece without prior discussion.

• We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated transit times are provided at order confirmation.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
• Lead times quoted are for production only. Shipping transit time is additional.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Ensure your shipping address is correct at order time. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees.

Because our parts are manufactured to your specific design, we do not accept returns based on change of mind. However, we stand behind our quality:

• If your order is defective, damaged in transit, or does not meet the confirmed specification, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will offer a free reprint or refund at our discretion.
• We are not liable for defects arising from errors in your design files. We recommend verifying all files with our Instant Quote tool and reviewing dimensions before submitting an order.
• Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qualitex3D's total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including lost profits, business interruption, or product liability — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Parts produced by Qualitex3D are prototypes and consumer-grade items unless explicitly specified and agreed otherwise; they are not certified for structural, medical, safety-critical, or aviation applications.

• You must not submit designs intended to produce weapons, illegal items, or items that infringe third-party rights.
• You must not use our website to transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt our services.
• Automated scraping of our Instant Quote tool or pricing engine without prior written consent is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Qualitex3D is registered. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
